Shipping Information Netherlands

All our items have a stock status. For all items with the stock status 'in stock', ordered before 10 p.m. is shipped the same day on working days. Items that are not directly in stock generally have a delivery time of one to three working days. If one of the ordered items is not in stock, we wait until the order is complete before we ship it. This way we keep shipping costs low and can keep our prices sharp.

*The above indications apply to items that are in stock. If products are not in stock, a delivery time of one to five working days applies. This is displayed with the products. If products are ordered on Friday that are not in stock, they cannot be shipped until Tuesday.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped through the services of DPD, Budbee, Bpost, GLS, DHL. On the day of shipment you will receive an email containing the track and trace code. This code allows you to see on which day and what time the package will be delivered.

Delivery by Budbee (Evening Delivery 16:00 - 22:00)	Enjoy extra flexibility with an evening delivery by Budbee, between 16:00 and 22:00.

Delivery by GLS	Have your package delivered by GLS for a reliable and efficient service.
Pallet Shipment for Large Shipments	For large shipments, we offer pallet shipments to prevent damage and ensure safe delivery.
Pick up at Budbee Parcel Point	Pick up your package at a handy Budbee parcel point near you.
Pick up at Parcel Point DPD	Choose to pick up your package at a DPD parcel point for extra convenience.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands

Within the Netherlands, we do not charge shipping costs for orders from €50. For orders under €50,- you pay €4.95 shipping costs.

Shipping costs to Belgium

For orders to Belgium we charge standard €5.95 shipping costs and free shipping from €50,-. Orders are shipped by default with a Track and Trace code.

Delivery times to Belgium

Ordered before 22:00 will be delivered in Belgium within 1-2 days. All shipments to Belgium are provided with a track&trace code.

Delivery times to France

Ordered before 22:00 will be delivered in France within 1-3 days. All shipments to France are provided with a track&trace code.

Shipping costs to France

For orders to France we charge standard €5.95 shipping costs and free shipping from €50,-. Orders are shipped by default with a Track and Trace code.

Ordered before 22:00 will be delivered in Germany within 1-2 days. All shipments to Germany are provided with a track&trace code.

Ordered before 22:00 will be delivered in United Kingdom within 2-4 days. All shipments to Germany are provided with a track&trace code.

For orders to Germany we charge standard £6.95 shipping costs and free shipping from €50,-. Orders are shipped by default with a Track and Trace code.
