Webshop Software

Shopify

Our webshop was developed using software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the purposes of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose.

Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.

Email and Mailing Lists

Omnisend

We send our email newsletters with Omnisend. Omnisend will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. If you click this, you will not receive our newsletter anymore. Your personal data is stored securely by Reloadify. Reloadify uses cookies and other internet technologies that make it clear whether emails are opened and read. Reloadify reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, as part of this, share information with third parties.

Klarna processes your name, address and residence details, and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties.

Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies in the case of a deferred payment (credit facility) application. All the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Klarna's services for which they engage third parties. Klarna does not store your data longer than allowed by the legal terms.

Shipping and Logistics

PostNL: 

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence information with PostNL. PostNL uses this data solely for the purpose of executing the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

DHL:

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL to make the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence data with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the purpose of executing the contract. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also makes your data available to these parties.

DPD: 

When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of DPD to carry out the deliveries. Invoicing and Accounting

For our record keeping and accounting we use the services of AFAS. We share your name, address and residence information and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely, AFAS has the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorized access.

Retention Periods

We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a forget request. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs.

Employees, however, will no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced based on your assignment.
